The first visit.
Longer than you expect. We're not triaging you. We're building a real clinical picture: your history, what's been tried, what's actually going on. You leave with a diagnosis and a plan, not a referral to come back.
Ongoing care.
The same provider, every visit. They know your record, your pattern, what worked last time. Medication adjustments happen here, not in a separate appointment with someone who's never met you.
